I-Surf's core technology has been designed “from the ground up” by our in-house software and telecommunIcations engineering group.  I-Surf is implementing a high availability Voice over IP transit network infrastructure deployed within secure, first class co-location facilities globally.

Digifonica has also engineered web-based operational support engines that handle all technical and customer relationship management issues.  Organizations can acquire subscribers and provision service to them quickly.  We can also provide ongoing support and facilitate online billing and payment without any disruption to your existing infrastructure.

Customer Premise Equipment
  • Digifonica has the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute its own Customer Premise Analog Gateway for distribution to its partners. The equipment firmware and PCB is proprietary to Digifonica, and is price competitive with other products in the market. By having our own product, further customization can be performed on request by the partner to fully integrate proposed custom solutions to our Partner subscribers. These customizations can include both hardware (power/telephone adapters), firmware (feature sets), and software (user interfaces, languages and specific applications). The manufacturing of the equipment is currently outsourced to a Korean manufacturer.
  • Digifonca has also sourced additional manufacturers of other compatible SIP based products to ensure a full suite of IP Phone products for delivery to our Partner's subscriber base. Digifonica will also work in collaboration with the Partner to certify new hardware and software platforms in a timely and cost effective basis to ensure full compatibility with the Company's server platforms and global networks.
  • Digifonica Partner may also elect to be responsible for the costs of purchase, sale, maintenance of all customer premise hardware (CPE) and software licenses for use with the related services. These costs often include initial purchase costs, related shipping costs, RMA's, support and warranties.
  • Manufacturers can also be instructed to provide approved logo and brand identification as specified by Reseller
